Areas of expertise and interest
I have 8 years’ experience in the recruitment sector, initially as a partner to organisations seeking project management expertise to deliver large scale change, and now focused on business psychology and specifically, assessment and selection. I am experienced in leading and supporting on a range of projects, including the design of bespoke competency frameworks and assessments such as SJT’s, and interviews and case studies, for organisations across a range of sectors. I am interested in qualitative research methodologies such as role analysis and evaluation of large-scale processes, and passionate about supporting leaders to deliver recruitment innovations.
Exciting projects I am currently working on
I’m currently leading a large scale review of current and historic recruitment processes for a national public sector organisation to evaluate the impacts of the COVID19 pandemic and ensure recruitment best practice principles are upheld. Alongside this, I am supporting on several SJT projects for selection into high stakes roles and working on the continuous improvement and development of WPG’s own bank of validated items, the SJT-B, to support clients recruiting in high stakes environments.
