Personal Experience & Biography

Areas of expertise and interest I am experienced in leading large, complex projects within selection and assessment, leadership development, organisational change, employee engagement and diversity and inclusion. I am particularly skilled in quantitative research methodologies such as adverse impact analysis and the criterion-related validation of assessment processes. I enjoy working on talent assessment projects; helping organisations and individuals identify their suitability for roles. I am also interested in equality, diversity and inclusion and have been involved in several complex evaluation projects, I am keen to pursue more work in this area.
Exciting projects I am currently working on
I’m currently leading on the evaluation of a selection and recruitment approach to support the wider longitudinal evaluation of the New Medical Schools in the UK, exploring issues around widening participation. In addition, I’m leading on a review of the UCAT Situational Judgement test for selection of medical and dental students.
What I can’t live without
I enjoy running outdoors, yoga and I regularly play badminton. This helps me keep fit, which is helpful as I also have a secret love for hot chocolate!
What I would happily live without
I live in London and I would happily live without overcrowded trains and tubes!
