Areas of expertise and interest
Having recently graduated I have experience applying both qualitative and quantitative research methods and look forward to applying these skills in an organizational setting. I am interested in developing and implementing evidence-based practices that enable companies to attract and select the best talent and to embed change. I am passionate about company culture and organizational change and development projects and value the importance of individual differences and individual-level practices in organisations. I find the interaction of social and technical factors interesting especially how these interlink to influence workplace behaviour and look forward to understanding and learning more about this in future projects.
