Career in brief

Helena Edwards is a Senior Associate for Work Psychology Group having previously worked for WPG as a Senior Consultant. A Chartered Occupational Psychologist since 2014, Helena has a wealth of experience applying psychological theory to improve business effectiveness and help organisations to get the best from their people.

Areas of expertise and interest

Experienced in assessment for selection and development and organisational change, Helena has worked at a senior level with a variety of public and private sector organisations both in the UK and internationally. She has particular expertise working within the healthcare sector, having managed numerous high stakes projects across a range of stakeholder groups including a project with Health Education England evaluating the assessment tools available for values-based recruitment. Helena now delivers in-depth one to one behavioural assessments for senior clinicians working in the NHS.

Professional accomplishments

Helena holds BPS Level A & B Certificates in Occupational Testing, is a qualified user of NEO-PI-R, Saville WAVE, Hogan Development Survey (HDS) and StrengthScope and is experienced in use of a range of additional psychometric tools including Hogan Potential Indicator (HPI), Hogan Motives, Values and Preferences Inventory (MVPI), 16PF, and Innovation Potential Indicator (IPI).
