Personal Experience & Biography

Areas of expertise and interest
I have experience managing large scale learning and development projects, supporting organisations with their leadership development, organisational change and talent management needs. With a background in sport, I am passionate about high performance and how this can be translated into organisations to enable individuals, teams and organisations to reach their full potential. I believe that organisations that create an environment that is focused on their people, enables individuals to perform at their best. Fairness is one of my core values and I am also passionate about making selection and assessment processes inclusive and fair for everyone.
Exciting projects I am currently working on
I am currently leading and supporting on a range of high stakes Situational Judgement Tests (SJTs), both UK based and internationally. This includes the design, implementation and evaluation of the selection processes used in a range of roles, including entry into medical and dental schools, post-graduate specialty training posts and pre-registration pharmacy.
What I can’t live without
After spending a year travelling around Asia and Australia, the time difference made it impossible for me to watch live football. I even woke up at 4am to try and catch the occasional big match, so I would have to say football, followed closely by coffee!
What I would happily live without
After recently moving house, I would happily live without flat-pack furniture. The instructions never make any sense and causes unnecessary stress!
