Personal Experience & Biography

Areas of expertise and interest

I am experienced in managing and supporting a range of high stakes consulting projects, specialising in selection and assessment. I enjoy collaborating with a range of stakeholders, in both the public and private sector, to find solutions and provide practical recommendations that can drive meaningful change within their organisation. I am also interested in leadership and talent development projects, working with teams and individuals to develop the skills required to transition and achieve high performance.

Exciting projects I am currently working on

I have recently been leading and supporting on the development, implementation and evaluation of a Situational Judgement Test in Canada, working with various stakeholders to introduce a new selection tool across medical programs in Canada. I am also currently working on a qualitative project to further understand the diversity outcomes of a legal selection tool, building on the quantitative research findings. In addition, I am also working on a project that looks to define and assess equality, diversity and inclusion to provide recommendations and practical guidelines to inform future selection processes.

What I can’t live without

After spending a year travelling around Asia and Australia, the time difference made it impossible for me to watch live football. I even woke up at 4am to try and catch the occasional big match, so I would have to say football, followed closely by coffee!

What I would happily live without

After recently moving house, I would happily live without flat-pack furniture. The instructions never make any sense and causes unnecessary stress!
