Personal Experience & Biography
I joined Work Psychology Group in 2013 as Business Manager and I’m responsible for supporting the senior team in business development, contracting and client liaison. I have over 20 years’ experience providing executive level business support, working for various blue-chip international organisations in the corporate sector. I began my career as a PA reporting to the Vice-President within Rolls Royce Plc. In 2005, I became a business operations manager for a major medico-legal services firm, with responsibility for over 40 staff. Here I was responsible for overseeing project management activities and client review meetings to identify areas for improvement. In 2011, I was promoted to a senior administrator and project coordinator role within a Health Education and Training Board, ensuring outcomes were delivered within timescales, budget and defined quality standards.
