Personal Experience & Biography
Areas of expertise and interest
I have experience working across multiple areas in occupational psychology, including assessment, selection, development, organisational change, employee engagement and human-system interaction. I particularly enjoy working on talent development projects; helping people understand their potential and work towards new roles or personal goals is something I am passionate about.

Exciting projects I am currently working on
I’ve spent a lot of time recently working with clients to re-think how their recruitment works in a virtual setting. This work is fast-paced and requires some imagination to deliver alternative selection processes in an efficient and fair way that works for everyone. I’m also working on a learning needs assessment for doctors. It has been very interesting understanding the development plans of such a diverse group of individuals.

What I can’t live without
I love reading so I think I’d get very bored spending too long in a place without books. Luckily, I’ve never found myself in that situation!

What I would happily live without
I love my house but for a month of the year I have to share it with the biggest house spiders I’ve ever seen. If they could find somewhere else to live, that would be great.
