Areas of expertise and interest
Coming from a background in research, I have experience using a range of quantitative and qualitative research methods to best inform research-led practice. I am passionate about how organisations can better build and manage their people, with a particular interest in the selection, assessment and development of effective groups and leadership. I am experienced in one-to-one psychological profiling to identify individual capabilities and personal characteristics that predict potential and drive performance. I am also passionate about ensuring employee wellbeing and satisfaction in the workplace– a topic of focus in my MSc research thesis.
Exciting projects I am currently working on
I am currently supporting the development and evaluation of Situational Judgement Tests for a range of healthcare specialities, including for the selection of General Practice Doctors, preregistration Pharmacists, and Dentists undertaking dental core training. Alongside this, I am supporting the Research Team at WPG to ensure that our practice is driven by the latest in psychological and workplace science.
What I can’t live without
Some things that I couldn’t live without include music, my friends and family, and M&S’ Sour Cream and Jalapeno crisps (not necessarily in that order!).
What I would happily live without
Slow walkers and PPI calls.
