At the end of each year, we take the opportunity to celebrate the people who make our work possible, our team. The WPG Awards are our way of recognising the achievements and contributions of our teammates, big and small, and the impact they have on our clients and each other.
This year, we’re proud to recognise Senior Consultant Alison, Associate Director Charlotte and Consultant Harriet for their exceptional contributions. Each of them has demonstrated our core values of trust, innovation, adaptability, professionalism and integrity, equality, results-focus and quality, participation and collaboration, learning, and courage – in unique and inspiring ways.
Since joining the team in 2023, Senior Consultant Alison has made a significant impact across a number of complex and high-profile projects. Over the past year, she has consistently ensured that her work delivers meaningful value for clients, balancing day-to-day delivery with a strong awareness of broader strategic goals and stakeholder priorities. Alison is recognised by her colleagues not only for her professionalism and insight, but also for her courage—embracing innovative approaches when needed and inspiring confidence in those around her. Her ability to bring colleagues along with her, has strengthened collaboration across the team and contributes to the overall quality of the work that she is delivering to our clients.
Reflecting on her WPG award, Alison shared that she, “Feels proud and grateful to have received this recognition from the team. It’s a reminder that hard work, commitment and teamwork – supported by brilliant colleagues – lead to impactful and meaningful outcomes.”
With over a decade of dedication to the team, Charlotte has been recognised as a supportive, inclusive, and influential leader across the business. Her commitment to fostering a positive and collaborative environment is evident in the way she champions colleagues at every level, encouraging learning, development, and shared ownership of key priorities. Charlotte plays a pivotal role in building strong client relationships and driving sustainable business growth. Her professionalism and credibility shine through in every interaction, and her approach to business development is grounded in genuine listening—taking the time to understand client needs and ensuring they feel heard, supported, and valued. Her ability to balance strategic focus with care for people—both colleagues and clients, continues to strengthen the team and contribute meaningfully to the organisation’s long-term success.
When reflecting on her award, Charlotte noted, “Within my role, creating an environment where everyone can contribute, feel supported and deliver meaningful project outputs is something I’m passionate about. Therefore, being recognised by my colleagues and receiving this award means a lot. I’m grateful to be part of such a wonderful team at WPG and look forward to seeing what we achieve in 2026.”
Consultant Harriet has had an outstanding year, embracing complex projects and pushing boundaries in emerging areas. Within her role, Harriet has supported our team in advancing our research and initiatives in the areas of AI and Neurodiversity. Through doing this, she has shared her knowledge across the wider team in practical and engaging ways, to spark interesting discussions and ideas for future innovation. In delivering projects to clients, Harriet carefully considers the audience, making outputs accessible and inspiring, ensuring key stakeholders understand and can drive forward recommendations within their own context.
Reflecting on her WPG award, Harriet shares, “Having been at WPG for a relatively short time, it’s amazing to be recognised by my team. I particularly enjoyed helping to shape WPG’s work in neurodiversity as it’s a topic I’m particularly excited by.”
Our three award winners represent just a fraction of the talent and dedication across WPG. In 2026, we’ll continue to innovate, collaborate, and deliver exceptional work for our clients. Here’s to another year of growth, learning, and success!
